Publishing an article is the easy half; manually laying out a Xiaohongshu carousel and cutting two cover crops is the mechanical half. guizang-social-card-skill by Guizang (op7418) hands that half to your agent: feed it an article, copy, screenshots, product notes or even subtitles, and it produces Xiaohongshu/Rednote carousels, Live Photo animated cards and WeChat Official Account cover pairs in 21:9 + 1:1 — one input, three platform formats. Created May 27, 2026, the repo sat at 7,955 stars as of November 4 (AGPL-3.0) and is the sister project of guizang-ppt-skill, which covers horizontal slide decks while this one owns static feed graphics.

Two visual systems
- Editorial: the restrained layouts of Monocle, Kinfolk and Cereal — for narrative, lifestyle, travel, reading, film and personal-essay content.
- Swiss: grids, a single anchor color, right-angle hairlines and extreme type contrast — for product reviews, data, methodology, tutorials and AI tools.
Both systems share one workflow with 28 layouts and 10 themes; output is a single-file HTML converted to PNG, so edits happen in one place. A brief like “a 5-card Swiss-style Xiaohongshu set, IKB blue” is enough to start.
Who it fits and how to install
Creators publishing to both image platforms daily, knowledge bloggers turning long reads into card form, and small teams that produce ops content: once a layout and theme color are locked, save the brief as a template and let juniors focus on copy while the skill handles layout. One-line install:

After installing into Claude Code / Codex, brief it in natural language; the README includes ready-made prompts for having the agent install and update itself. Output quality tracks what you feed it — clean screenshots and well-structured copy get close to magazine layout, messy inputs need tidying first. Two honest limits: AGPL-3.0 is viral on redistribution, so hosting it as a service means open-sourcing your changes; and the Live Photo cards only animate on platforms that support the format. For illustrated product UI to feature in those cards, see stageshow; for stripping AI flavor from the interface itself, see unslop. One skill covering carousels, animated cards and cover pairs means the same visual language survives the trip from feed post to share card.
